Summativ va formativ baholash tizimlarining o'ziga xos xususiyatlari va qo'llanilishini tushunib,o'qituvchilar va siyosatchilar ta'lim natijalarini yaxshilash uchun ongli qarorlar qabul qilishlari mumkin.
