Abstract

The advent of digital technology has revolutionized education, particularly in the realm of language learning. Distance learning, once a supplementary method of education, has emerged as a critical tool for language learners worldwide. This article explores the growing importance of distance learning in language education, examining its benefits, challenges, and implications for learners, educators, and institutions. By analyzing current trends and research, this paper argues that distance learning is not only a viable alternative to traditional classroom settings but also a necessary evolution in the globalized, technology-driven world
