Abstract

In today's interconnected world, the use of the internet has revolutionized various aspects of our lives, including education. One significant area of focus is its potential to improve sociocultural competencies in higher education. Sociocultural competencies encompass the skills, knowledge, and attitudes necessary for effective interaction and communication across diverse cultural contexts. This article explores the ways in which the internet can be utilized to enhance sociocultural competencies among students in higher education institutions. It delves into the advantages, challenges, and best practices associated with integrating internet-based approaches into educational settings to foster cultural understanding, empathy, and collaboration among students.
