This article explores the transformative impact of modern technologies on foreign language learning, examining the opportunities, challenges, and future directions in this dynamic field. With the rapid advancement of digital tools and platforms, learners now have access to a wide range of resources and opportunities to engage with foreign languages in immersive and interactive ways. Drawing on research from educational technology, cognitive science, and applied linguistics, this study examines how technologies such as mobile applications, virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and online platforms are reshaping language learning environments and pedagogical practices. By synthesizing empirical evidence and theoretical frameworks, this article provides insights into the effectiveness of technology-enhanced language learning approaches and identifies strategies for optimizing their integration into educational contexts.
