Abstract

This article explores the impact of social media platforms on language learners' conversational and communicative skills. It highlights the opportunities provided by language exchange communities and the various features of social media platforms that enable learners to practice written and oral communication skills. The article emphasizes the importance of using social media effectively, seeking out meaningful interactions, and being mindful of cultural differences. Overall, social media has the potential to greatly enhance language proficiency worldwide.
