In modern education, PowerPoint (PPT) presentations have become an essential tool for both teachers and learners. This study explores the significance of PPT in enhancing the teaching-learning process by improving engagement, comprehension, and retention of information. For teachers, PPT facilitates structured lesson delivery, visual representation of complex concepts, and interactive teaching methods. For learners, it provides a clear and organized learning experience, making information more accessible and memorable. Additionally, PPT supports various learning styles by incorporating text, images, videos, and animations. While it offers numerous advantages, effective usage requires careful planning to avoid information overload. This paper highlights the importance of PPT in education and provides insights into best practices for maximizing its benefits.
