Abstract

Maqolada axborotlashgan jamiyat sharoitida virtual texnologiyalarning inson psixik barqarorligiga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, virtual texnologiyalarning haddan tashqari ta’siri stress va xavotirni oshirishi, lekin ulardan mo‘’tadil foydalanish psixologik barqarorlikni mustahkamlashi mumkin.
