Inclusive education aims to provide equal learning opportunities for all students, regardless of their abilities or disabilities. However, teachers in both schools and universities face significant challenges in adapting to inclusive environments. This study explores the key barriers to teacher adaptation and presents effective strategies for overcoming them. By reviewing existing literature and theoretical frameworks, we propose methodological approaches to understanding teacher adaptation in inclusive education. The findings highlight the necessity of continuous professional development, institutional support, and the integration of technology to enhance inclusive teaching practices. Additionally, we discuss policy implications and practical recommendations for fostering a more inclusive educational system.
