Abstract

This article discusses the role of diplomatic relations in the life of the state and society, as well as the ethics and methodology of speech in establishing international relations. After all, the achievement of a deep and influential character of speech in the establishment of international relations is considered an important factor contributing to the consolidation of this country on the world stage.
